Corinne Handelman (she/her) works as the Philanthropy Director for American Forests, where she brings a passion for connecting with individuals around their personal philanthropic goals. She has previously worked at nonprofits and served on boards in Oregon and Washington to drive community investments in landscape-scale conservation efforts and improve recreation access.

Hailing from the redwoods and oak woodlands of Northern California, Corinne completed a Bachelor’s degree in Ecology at UC San Diego and a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management at Portland State University. On most weekends, you can find her enjoying the Pacific Northwest’s mountains on foot, skis, or bike.
